C4Media, Inc. is seeking a remote Advertising Operations Assistant (contractor) to support our global sales team in the day-to-day aspects of online advertising campaign execution and delivery. As such, you will interact with external clients daily to coordinate the setup of new campaigns, report on campaign performance and support our outside sales team.

About the role
As an Ad Operations Assistant, you are a highly organized individual, who possesses exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment collaborating with an international team.
- Schedule/upload ads, contact customers to request ad creative, test all ads
- Assist in creating HTML copy for various email campaigns or reports
- Assist with campaign setup and execution via internal and 3rd party platforms
- Support campaign lead reports for clients from both internal and external sources
- Create proof of delivery documentation once a campaign goes live
- Support the use of required platforms and tools needed to optimize and report ad campaigns
- Create and manage KPIs, metrics and dashboards for tracking current and past campaigns
- Manage various email campaign lists
- Maintain a detailed, organized, accurate and shared Google Drive for Ad Operations
- Assist the Ad Ops Manager with logistical and other tasks as needed
Requirements of this role include:
- 2 – 4 years of related administrative work experience
- 1 – 2 years of prior experience with HTML
- Highly computer literate
- Extreme attention to detail
- Enjoys being productive in fully remote teams, including
- Being comfortable with team productivity software (Google Docs/Sheets, Slack, etc.)
- Having access to reliable high-speed internet & a newer computer
- Excellent English (written & spoken)
- Being able to work online hours that overlap with EST 9 AM to 1 PM
- Loves to travel to our in-person conferences in Europe & North America
- Seeks process-ownership and accountability
- Enjoys both interacting with people as well as processing and analyzing data
- Reside in Eastern Europe or Portugal
