Central Washington University – Ellensburg, WA – Director, Diversity and Equity Center: Central Washington University, located in beautiful and historic Ellensburg, Washington, is looking for a new Director of the Diversity and Equity Center. The Director will provide leadership for the Diversity & Equity Center, which directly supports the divisional efforts around student success, retention, and inclusion. The vision of the DEC is to provide high impact, transformational, community building and educational programs for the CWU community and to nurture leaders grounded in the core concepts of intersectional identity development, diversity education, equity, and social justice. The position reports to, and partners with, the Associate Dean for Access and Equity in Student Success to develop the vision, direction, and actualization of an inclusive co-curricular learning environment.
