TMP Worldwide – New York City, NY – The Director, Project Management oversees a team of ScrumMasters and our agile development practices. The role is responsible for the direct management and delivery of high-visibility, cross-functional roadmap delivery. The role will drive the appropriate Agile methodology focused on predictable, quality delivery, and driving continuous improvement of the team. This role reports directly to the VP, Global Product Development. Responsibilities Oversee, directly manage, and coach a team of ScrumMasters Active member of leadership team ensuring shippable software is delivery with value in a timely manner across all teams. Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement through mastery of change management (adoption) and project management (installation) Help project teams deal with challenges related to how they work and interact together Drive correct usage of Agile methodologies with the goal of reducing project risk, increasing performance visibility…
