Catch Co: Commercialization Associate
Headquarters: Chicago, IL
This mission for the Commercialization Associate is to assist in the end-to-end project management of New Product Development. Collaborating cross-functionally with the Commercialization Manager, the Commercialization Associate will implement, promote, and streamline established processes that will lead to a more efficient product development timeline.
What you will do:
- Champion process and encourage cross-functional team members to follow standard operating procedures
- Own the sample process and build an easy to use system
- Assist the Commercialization Manager in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all new product development
- Communicate weekly reporting to the entire organization
- Interact with multiple cross-functional team members from the following departments: industrial design, marketing, brand & product, ecommerce, and operations
- Maintain accurate data within our Project Management Software
What experience you need:
- 1-3 years in project management
- Background in new product development
- Exposure to change management or process improvement
- Exposure to Project Management Software (Monday, Trello, Asana)
- Bachelor’s Degree
